Service Member List Submission Form

The community is invited to attend the Wall of Honor Groundbreaking Ceremony on Thursday, May 18 2017 at 4PM in the Ambassador Christopher Stevens Memorial Library at Piedmont High School.


The Wall of Honor Committee encourages the community to submit service member entries for the Wall of Honor. The Wall of Honor will be located in the Ambassador Christopher Stevens Memorial Library at Piedmont High School and will consist of an informative exhibit and a digital repository of service member names & information of those from Piedmont who have served in any one of the nine branches of service: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard, Navy, NOAA, Public Health Service, or in the U.S. Foreign Service.

The service member databank will be organized by decade according to high school graduation year. (Note: if service member did not graduate from high school or graduated from a school other than Piedmont High Schools, please indicate as appropriate in the space below).
